super bargain buy - o.p.i nail lacquer
Today I popped into the 99p store to get some more Halloween bits for the girls Halloween party, while there in there it started raining really hard so i went round to an isle to look for an umbrella but they only had the kind i'm scared of lol. While down that isle i came across loads of O.P.I shatter nail laquer in numerous colours I don't know if these are fakes or ones that are meant to be thrown, The bar code on the bottom has a pen line through it, I've never purchased O.P.I nail polish before so I wouldn't know if they were fake without researching online for abit but either way for 99p could I really go wrong? either way it's a bonus :)

Bucket list - Making a autumn tealight holder
After seeing a autumn tea light holder on pinterest I think it was I couldn't wait to give it a go with the girls.
It's the perfect little thing to do this autumn it doesn't take up a huge amount of time and there's hardly any mess unless you wish to add some colour of course, I recommend to use the leaves shortly after you hunted them down, I grabbed some and left them for a few days but they ended being so dried out that they wouldn't stick to the jar at all, So today I grabbed some more on the way home from the school run and they stuck a whole lot better :) Not only are these perfect for the autumn around the house (the idea is once a tea light is in the jar it will glow all the lovely autumn colours of the leaves) I grab as many colours & shapes of leaves as i can to add some variety. They also make the perfect hand made gifts for nanny/grandmas, aunties/uncles, grandads etc

CCAM - Congenital cystic adenomatoid malformation
At my 21 week scan with Daisie, we found out she had a lung condition called CCAM. Yep I bet your thinking exactly what I was thinking 'What the hell is CCAM' Finding out my baby could possibly have to be whisked away before I even get the chance to hold her for an operation to remove the mass from her lung totally shattered my world and left me in a daze for weeks.
I suppose I best explain a little about what CCAM is so you have an inkling of what I'm talking about. CCAM is a congenital disorder of the lung similar to bronchopulmonary sequestration. In CCAM, usually an entire lobe of the lung is replaced by a non-working cystic piece of abnormal lung tissue. This abnormal tissue will never function as normal lung tissue. The underlying cause for CCAM is unknown. It occurs in approximately 1 in every 3O,OOO pregnancies.
It really frustrates me that there is no awareness and not even a booklet to read when you find out your baby has CCAM, I know the numbers are very slim in the above write up but kings college in London has a CCAM clinic every thursday and the waiting room was always FULL with delays of an hour every time we had an appointment there which was every 4 weeks from 21 weeks. I'd love for there to be more awareness on CCAM although the numbers are small when your sitting in a full hospital waiting room the numbers really don't seem that small.
Daisie was due her second CT scan when she turned two to see where we stand with the surgery front. We are still waiting for the letter tho I will be chasing them up if we don't hear from them soon. From her first CT scan she had at a week old they didn't feel surgery would be necessary but what scares me is all the way through my pregnancy they couldn't repeat enough how they like to take it out because they don't know what happens when it's left in. So of course it really concerns me as to why now they are considering leaving it in.
you can find out more about CCAM in more detail here

7 Rules of life
I came across this on Facebook and I just had to save it to my laptop because it's just so true! I'd love to have these rules printed and put somewhere around my house just to read and remind myself,
I'm often getting myself worked up over thinking to much and it really is okay not to know the answers all the time, what others think really is none of our business people can think what they like without it affecting you.
I always try to remember that no matter how much of a rough time I'm going through there is someone out there going through a lot more then I am.

Our relationship tag
1- How old is your partner? He's 33
2- When is the monthsary? - The 3rd of every month
3- Do you guys fight/Are you happy with him? - We are forever play fighting & bickering at each other but always in a joke way that everyone thinks we are being serious, we always end up in stitches at each other trying to be angry at one another, I absolutely adore the guy I've never been happier even if he can be like having a son and gets right on tits sometimes but I wouldn't have him any other way, he was an annoying little sod when I met him & even when I was in labour if he stopped I'd be really concerned.
4- Do you live together, with your parent's, do they know? - We have our own little home together, I tried hiding him from my parent's but it was always so awkward having some random guy under a cover in my living room ;) back to being serious my parents knew him before I did, my mum knew from day one how much I fancied him.
5- Where do you live/from? We live in kent
6- How long have you been together? - 4 years
7- What do people say about you guys? - Alot of people say how much of a great couple we make :)
8- Are you planning on having any children together? - We have a daughter together and He has brought my eldest daughter up since she was a year and a half, we have plans for 2 more

Hello October!
I've never been soooo excited for Halloween before now that my girls are older and can enjoy it :) This year we are having a little Halloween party for the girls. So i've been hunting online like a mad woman for fun little treats I can make up food wise for the party as well super fun games. I came across an amazing website called ourbestbites there's so many cute & simple ideas loads I'd never even thought of doing. They cover all sorts of ideas/recipes such a great website. Here's a few I plan to make up for the girls party.
Use chocolate pudding for your mud and put some crushed oreos on top for dirt. Hide those gummy worms in there for eeek factor!
slice hotdogs and drop them into boiling water for just a minute or two and they’ll curl a bit. Dunk them in some bbq sauce and you have slimy worms :
Cut crescent roll dough into thin strips and wrap around hot dogs. Bake according to crescent package directions and use ketchup or mustard for eyes. I cut my hot dogs in half to make them bite-sized.
You’ll need marichino cherries for this one. Make sure you buy ones with stems. Drain them and dry them well with paper towels. Dip in almond bark, or chocolate bark. When they are semi dry, attach a chocolate chip for a nose, slivered almonds for ears, and little candies or sprinkles for eyes
DISCLAIMER: I take no credit for these ideas all credit goes to ourbestbites

H&M lip pen - REVIEW
I recently bough a H&M Lip pen while shopping online, I purchased it in the colour beige for £2.99
It also comes in two other colours being red & pink.
It goes on great there's no need to push to hard to get it to go on like alot of lip pens but it doesn't give you much colour but that could be because the colour I chose, After the pen falling out numerous times I actually decided to look in the tube and my one has snapped quite far down :(
It's often left in the lid leaving me with an empty tube and having slices taken out of it where it's getting bashed about in the lid, Which of course if I'm not expecting (it doesn't always fall out) it leaves it sitting in my lap.
For £2.99 I'd have hoped that the lip pen would have been abit more stronger then it is, I may give repairing it a try :)
