Summer bucket list Jar

This was orginally a task to do with the girls but the weekend ended up being so hectic with Issy being out helping daddy clear bubbles shed (bubbles is Andy's dad)
I got the jar out with some glue and some bits to stick to it with Daisie so she could decorate a side and Issy do the other but Daisie stuck one or two bits on and then wandered off to do her own thing instead.
So abit of a fail, Issy is yet to decorate her side but in the mean time I've been busy filling it with all sorts of things we could get up to over the summer holidays!
(I'm trying to work out if the jar was for my sake or the girls)
We can use this jar in two ways take a look at the things we could get up to that day and pick one OR pick one at random and see what the jar decides for us.

I usually do my bucketlist in a blog post with just a standard list
but wheres the fun in that for the girls?

Do you have a summer bucket list? Is there anything you suggest we get up to this summer holidays?

Easter bucket list - Pasta necklaces

Please excuse the quality of photos my partner used my camera last night and decided to let me know the battery was low when I turned it on to a 'NO battery' alert :(
So the trusty phone camera had to do.
While preparing a home made macaroni cheese the other week it hit me that using the pasta to decorate and make necklaces/bracelets with would be a great cheap bit of fun.
So today we gave it ago out in the garden as the weather was nice and they could make as much mess as they liked.
I grabbed some penne pasta too while doing the food shop just to mix it up and have the option of two different shapes, feels, length etc.
We finally got to give our ELC paints and a go and the colours are soo gorgeous!

You'll need
- string
- paints
- glue (optional)
- glitter (optional)
- macaroni pasta
- penne pasta

Do you have any cheap crafts planned for the Easter holidays?

autumn bucket list - pizza making

Another thing checked off our autum bucket list :)
In total the girls and daddy made 6 pizzas, They tucked into the first 3 while the other 3 were cooking.
No one else likes mushrooms but me so hardly any mushrooms were used :( booo...
Pizza making is so much fun, cheap & easy to do, we'll definitely be making it a regular thing :)
I usually get our pizza bases from the pizza counter in asda but while waiting in the que the woman mentioned you can get a box of 4 smaller ones so I grabbed 2 boxes of those rather than the smallest base they done which is still pretty big.
