How I get my hair so bright

Some of you will already know the answer but I often get asked what hair dye I use, How do I get it so bright and have others that have tried using the same dye but not get the same brightness because they left the important bit out.
BLEACH! Although now I no longer use 12% peroxide to get my brightness, I now use XXL live blonde before adding colour.
Dyes I use are directions, manic panic, XXL live and the odd crazy colour.

Having hair this colour does come at the cost of my hand changing colour everytime I wash my hair, turning my white tops whatever colour my hair is if I wear my hair down (it does wash out) and sometimes my bathroom. Oh and my scalp! my scalp has often got pretty blistered during the turning my hair a white blonde process before colour, hence why I prefer to use directions, manic panic and crazy colour when it comes to adding colour as it doesn't have any chemicals in and is pretty much like a hair gel so can be slept in for better and brighter results AND less damage then two lots of chemical hair dyes would do.

Simple - spotless skin

I've been drying to get my hands on some of the simple range for ages now but
although they aren't to pricey I'm very tight on spending when it comes to myself so I'd look at the price and walk away. Especially when it comes to face wipes because in my house they end up getting used for everything snotty noses, little bums, wiping up spills etc
But while browsing online at Tesco as I had a £1OO gift card (thanks to sky) they had a lot of the simple range on offer for £1 and £1.5O's so I snapped them right up, there's others I have my eye on and in my basket ready to buy as I had to go in store to do my shop in the end with my gift card and they only had these ones in stock that I could see.

simple spotless skin - quick fix cleansing wipes
£1 RRP £2 which I'd still happily pay after using them. I really have noticed a difference in my spots from day one just like the packaging says.

simple spotless skin -rapid action spot zapper
£2.5O RRP £5 I'm yet to use this as my skin has cleared up so well with the wipes alone I've had no reason to but if the wipes are anything to go by this will be a god send.

simple spotless skin - triple action face wash
£1.5O RRP £3 Again I'm yet to use this but it seems promising with how well the wipes have worked.

Although these have now gone back to full price with Tesco they are on offer of buy one get on FREE! On until 9/6/2014

My mind is blown

I own many MUA lipsticks I noticed that sometimes the bottom showing you what colour it was ended up a little wobbly but thought nothing of it.
Today I introduced my niece to MUA products to which she contacted me once she had got home and had a play with her purchases and from that phone call my mind was left totally blown!
She asked me if I knew the bottoms of the lipsticks unscrewed and revealed a little pot of lipstick?
WOW!!!
Perfect for when you run out of your favourite shade but have a lippy brush.
Although for only £1 you could go and grab another but in my local superdrug you have to be really quick, it's so rare you'll find a full range of shades available!

Argan oil shampoo25Oml

I grabbed this beauty from my local poundland
It's on eBay ranging from £2.79 + £2.9O P&P to £3.99 with FREE P&P
They also have the conditioner on there which I'm intrigued about and would love to give ago
but I'll keep my eyes peeled for it in poundland first
They had some other argan oil bits in too but I only grabbed this for now.
I can't stand the feel of oily stuff!! so even this was a hit and miss for me but you can barely notice that it has any oil in, it just feels like a normal everyday shampoo.
I used it the other day and I don't know if it's the placebo effect because I've seen/heard the name argan oil pop up all over the place or because it is really good?
I used it along with my normal shampoo and conditioner using this as the second lot of shampoo after my original one first, The stuff I'm using is a new one I'm trying from wilkos
and it usually leaves my hair feeling a little bit rough
but with the argan oil shampoo used in between my hair feels really smooth and looks shiny.
You only need a small little amount for it to lather up, my hair is mid length and I only needed two little squeezes for my hair
I'm definitely stocking up if they have any left on my next visit

Have you tried any argan oil products?

Revlon - 220 Juicy Apricot

While in my local poundland I took a little longer to have a look at the make-up they had in
as I've seen their chit chat range pop up on a few blogs, I usually dive straight passed to the cleaning or themed isle they have
as always there was a hidden gem or two among all their chit chat range of lipsticks and lipglosses
there was some revlon lipsticks many shades of reds but I haven't worn red lisptick in ages so I didn't grab any of the red shades this time but I may go back for some as they are so cheap,
there was also this gorgeous peachy kind of shade, which I loved the minute I had a look!
So it went straight into my basket
The third picture is alot more true to the actual shade (I really must work on my photography)
I've gone crazy for peach, coral, nude and all sorts of lighter shades of lipsticks recently so this one is just perfect, I'm yet to actually wear this lipstick out as I keep forgetting about lipstick all together. I'm wearing it at the moment tho and I love the shade
These lipsticks come with a moisture kind of stick in the centre which smells like mint
I did grab a picture of it on but my skin is just horrific ATM

I also grabbed a sally hanson sugar coat nail varnish
but that ended up all over our tablet, my sofa and floor.
(I really must learn that leaving my girls for even a second is dangerous)

Beauty Wishlist

Beauty Wishlist

It's been awhile since I done a wishlist and with Valentines coming up
Andy might just pop by my blog ;)

DAISY
Daisy by marc jacobs has been on my list for what seems like forever now, I've never actually smelt it I'm just so in love with the bottle lid and having a little girl called Daisie just adds to the desperate need
to have that beautiful bottle in my life. I've never asked for it or bought it yet
because the hefty price tag that comes with it but while hunting for a picture of it I also came
across that great gift set (3rd picture) which is not only packaged beautifully the price tag is  beautiful too at just £24.5O!!

BABY LIPS/SKIN
I've seen baby lips & skin all over the place and tbh the main thing that has sold these to me is the packaging
I love it and it will spruce up my make-up great!

DR SPOT
This christmas I got my first ever soap and glory product and LOVE it.
So of course I hunted online for what else I could get my hands on, My skin is a total nightmare lately
so I'm always on the hunt for something to help me clear it and DR spot had fantastic reviews so I'm dying to get my hands on it.
