Another year down, Hello 23!

Today was/is my 23rd birthday!!
I started my day with strict orders of staying in bed until I wanted to get up, When I finally opened my eyes and decided I couldn't stay in my pit any longer the girls came up and gave me the cards they'd made along with my presents. When I eventually rolled out of bed I was again ordered to plonk myself on the sofa and do NOTHING everytime I tried I was marched back into the living room, with a lovely fry-up for breakfast with bacon that Andy had spent ages trying to make extra crispy just how I like it bless him (I hate crispy bacon I like mine dipped, flipped and out)
I woke up to a message from my wonderful mother in-law wishing me a happy birthday and letting me know she'd put some money into my bank account to treat myself and to make sure I treat myself.
Just as I thought my day couldn't get any better my mum popped down with some pressies and a little package wrapped in tin fool that was still hot, mmm... mums home made fruit cake I thought BUT the cherry on the top of my day it wasn't cake it was a mini bacon pud just for me!!!
In my fave food #BEDA post a few asked what on earth bacon pudding was so I just had to grab a picture to add with my blog post.
You'd usually have some spuds with it but I had none so extra veg it was!
Then to top the day off my brother popped round for a little bit.
So with another year down and the girls tucked in bed it's X-factor and browsing for some bits to spend my birthday money on.

Issy's turning six

The 12th is fast approaching and my little lady isn't about to let me forget her birthday is in 4 weeks :')
even the count down to Christmas it was always weeks never days, If only it was weeks I'd be a lot less stressed.
Being 5 going on 16 she's like a proper little lady we'll be going on a little shopping trip but not
until we've stopped off at the nail bar to have our nails done because no shopping trip
is worth doing without a set of killer nails.

On the saturday we'll be having a little party
with party games and some nail painting for the girls, I did plan to stock up on some snazaroo face paints
that I could put away for each year but it soon shot round and I ran out of time :(

Another year down...

Another year down... Today I turned 22.
Despite me canceling my birthday this year the girls and Andy have spoilt me & I've had a huge amount of birthday messages on facebook + text's which made the day all that more special for me :)
After spotting a cardigan at our local market I fell in love but no way was I paying £2O for it, Andy went to collect Issy and was taking her to get a surprise for me on Wednesday ready for my birthday Andy left it at my aunts so I couldn't peek. Issy came home and said she had something to tell me thinking it would be something about school I asked her what it was and she whispered I had two cards and a jumper in my ear :') she's always been told not to keep secrets love her. Even tho she told me what my surprise was I still wasn't expecting to be opening up that much loved cardigan I thought the market would have been closed and expected one from asda as I had touched/pointed a few out while we was in there. Soo although I canceled my birthday I was over the moon at getting my new cardi! To top my evening off I came home to my H&M order with my new handbag in and even tho I canceled it all together my mum and dad are taking us out for dinner as Andys birthday was on the 12th.

Late last night I was surprised with even more presents :D Andy came home with 2 large yankee candles, a cat onesie and a CAMERA!!!! I said ages ago I'd like a camera for when I do reviews for my blog & of course plenty of pictures of the girls :)

Daisie turns 2

My smallest bubba turned two on Monday, so I'm now a mumma of a two and five year old!
We didn't get to do the zoo or aquarium plans that I wanted to do as absolutely everything that could go wrong, did on the run up to her birthday weekend :( so money was super tight (I'm so glad I shopped for her presents early) but we still managed to give her a great birthday party/BBQ and we spent all morning Monday opening presents & playing then we went for lunch and fed the ducks in the afternoon :) which she's now addicted to and asks for ducks ever since so it will be a regular thing to do from now on. I plan to do the zoo/aquarium plans on the first week of the school holidays but I might just change my mind when I see just how choker everywhere gets when its the holidays either way my girls are going some time this year!

2 weeks.....

Can't believe that in two weeks my little Doo bug turns 2!!!!
It doesn't seem that long ago I was getting my stuff together ready to be induced, I'm almost all done just need to get in all the party food, loot bags and the fillings & her cake :) I was thinking of doing a few games but as most of the kids are around the same age as her I don't think they'll quite understand them just yet. I'm so glad I got things in as I saw them as my washing machine broke on me yesterday so I need to spend out on getting another but for now my mum's doing my washing like a diamond, so I can focus on Daisie's birthday, As always I don't think her present pile is big enough :/ although it's more than enough to keep her busy, every year be it Easter,Christmas or Birthdays I never think the girls present piles are big enough then I spend the rest of the year sorting out all the bits that don't get played with.
